Are all of your services Therapy?

No. The only therapy we offer is through our private practice. You can find this under the [ Find a therapist ] tab.

All of our other services are not therapy, and are not intended to be a replacement for seeing a licensed clinician that is in your state or jurisdiction.

Our other products and services are meant to offer you spaces and experiences where we can teach you how to infuse mental health tools & practices in to your everyday routines so you can feel and be at your best.
